Irwin M&E

Innov8 have been working with Irwin M&E to reimagine their Mallusk office space. The focus of the refurbishment specification was to provide improved air flow, reduced noise pollution, improved energy efficiency and incorporate Irwin brand colours.

Innov8 provided solutions to meet the specification and create a comfortable workspace. The office redesign included Irwin corporate colours throughout. The redesign introduced three new spacious meeting rooms and four single-person offices. The open-plan office space was redesigned to include acoustic sound reducing panels to decrease noise pollution; a new VRF air conditioning system to improve air flow; and energy efficient LED lighting with zone presence detection to improve energy usage.
