Card Payments, Security and Privacy
Coastal Core Ltd accepts most debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Switch and American express, including paypal. Our online payment processing system is Bank of Ireland. Our website is fully PCI compliant and all payment information is encrypted to ensure total security of your data. We do not hold or store customers payment details.

Coastal Core Ltd has the right to decline any orders that do not pass the address verification process. If this happens customers will be asked to provide documentation stating their address and postcode, matching the address submitted on their invoice. This information will be handled with the utmost discretion.
We update our stock daily and if an item is out of stock it will be displayed as such on the site. If there is a problem with availability we will contact you within 24 hours of the order being made, in which case you have a choice of waiting until it is in stock. In any case, orders are not processed unless we have the item in stock.
Disclaimer
If any information on our website has been incorrectly advertised Coastal Core Ltd reserve the right to amend the pricing error on both the website and the customer’s order. You will be contacted by email before the order is processed. Coastal Core have made every effort to ensure all products are correctly and accurately listed.
Privacy Policy
All Coastal Core Ltd customers’ information will be safe guarded and only used for the intended purpose. This information will not be shared with anyone. We do not store any of your information given to process orders, i.e. debit or credit details. These will be destroyed after the transaction has been processed by a member of our staff. If you’re a member and have subscribed to our mailing list, we will only contact yourself with sales relating to our products on monthly promotions. These promotions are for mailing members only. When you subscribe to our mail list, you’re giving permission to receive promos from Coastal Core.
Carriage
Delivery tier system on UK orders based on order value (net) sub-total:
Orders up to £24.99 – £4.95
Orders from £25.00 – £99.99 – £2.95
Orders over £100.00 free delivery
Deliveries to Republic of Ireland £9.99 per order
All deliveries to the Republic of Ireland will be sent using Royal Mail or DPD, depending on dimensions and weight of parcel.
Coastal Core Ltd will dispatch all orders within a 24 hour period from receiving an order, provided payment has been received and cleared. Note all orders placed on Saturday / Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Customers within the UK will have the option of express delivery at checkout. All parcels using this system and meet the parcel requirements will be sent via DHL Express. DHL Express currently have a 97% success rate on their service.
24 Hour Delivery Terms
1. Orders must be placed before 1.00pm for next day service
2. All next day orders will be sent using DHL Express
3. Price of service £14.99
4. Orders placed on Friday using this service, Monday will be the delivery day.
5. All orders placed on Saturday / Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
5. This implies to UK mainland including Northern Ireland
Delivery Times for Royal Mail Tracked:
Royal Mail 24 Hour including Tracked service – Aim to deliver the next working day. Please note Royal Mail do not guarantee to deliver within 24 hrs.
Royal Mail 48 Hour including Tracked Service – Aim to deliver within 2-3 working days with a small minority within 3 working days. Please note Royal Mail do not guarantee to deliver within 48 hrs.
Airmail orders – estimated delivery 7-10 working days, subject to customs clearance. In some countries this can take longer.
There is no tracking for the standard service or for non-signed for services.
Exemption Postcodes * Aberdeen, Northern Highlands, Glasgow, Guernsey, Oban, Isle of Man, Arran, Orkney Shetland, Cornwall.
Delivery days depending on the service selected. These areas deliveries will be 2 or 3 working days.
Remote Area Surcharge – there are some addresses that are classified as remote by couriers, please note this incurs an extra cost of £17.50
For remote addresses and international orders, your telephone number maybe forwarded on to our couriers, to ensure receipt of your goods.
Non Delivery:
Non delivery of goods must be reported within 30 days of placing the order, otherwise Coastal Core will assume the order has been received in full. Coastal Core will take no responsibility for reports of non-delivery of goods after 30 days from the date of placing the order.
Returns
Coastal Core Ltd carefully reviews all stock before dispatch to ensure maximum quality control. Damages or deficiencies to products must be reported within 2 days of delivery via email. If any products are damaged please contact us via email, and we have a replacement dispatched. Please note that Coastal Core Ltd will only cover the return of products that are damaged or incorrectly pick and packed. All other instances, the customer will be liable for the return costs. Items that are returned for reasons other than damages, please ensure that all products are in their original packaging. If this is not honoured then the return will not be processed and the customer will be liable for the return postage cost. When the item is received, a member of staff will be in touch to arrange whether a replacement, credit or refund is processed.
Please remember, before purchase, if in any doubt about size, colour or suitability of a product, you can email or call us with any queries about all of our products. Our staff have a huge amount of knowledge and experience of the products we sell and we try to respond to emails quickly in working hours.
