Coastal Core Private Ambulance Service is one of Northern Ireland’s leading providers of Non-Emergency Patient Transport services. Our Patient Transport Service provides ambulances to patients who need support to reach their healthcare appointment, or for their admission to and discharge from hospital, due to their medical/clinical needs. We pride ourselves on our high quality patient care – treating every patient as if they are a member of our family.

Coastal Core provides both contracted Patient Transport services to NHS and independent hospitals and Health and Social Care Trusts and additional facilitate individual/private patient transport requests.

At Coastal Core, we provide a variety of private health care solutions, including medical repatriation services for people in the UK and Europe. For patients who face the unforeseen situation of falling ill or becoming injured abroad, our medical repatriation service provides the much-needed reassurance and service required. At Coastal Core Medical, we undertake specialist medical repatriation and emergency patient transfer services on behalf of hospitals and health institutions, insurance companies, travel agents and private patients throughout the UK.

We offer a 24-hour rapid response, commercial medical repatriation and patient transfers and a door-to-door service. Fully-qualified medical staff look after the patient’s requirements, whether they are returning home from a hospital or hotel or continuing care in another hospital.

Amongst the many private medical services we provide at Coastal Core, we can provide extensive event medical cover and first aid services. We can offer this service for sports events, such as motocross and triathlons; community events, such as festivals, markets, fairs and carnivals; on set at filming locations for television and film; music/performance events and many more.

Through our experience within the events sector, we are able to offer you complete medical provision, from initial planning through to debriefing and reporting. Our senior clinical staff are all either NHS trained or registered health professionals to ensure the best possible clinical standards and care. We have a large database of First Aid personnel who have experience of working in some of Northern Ireland’s largest events. Dependent on your requirements we can provide doctors, HCPC registered paramedics, Emergency Nurses, Ambulance Technicians or qualified first aiders thus ensuring your event is afforded the best medical cover available and complies with current regulations.

Our aim is to provide a level of event medical cover to our customers, which is beyond all expectation, we pride ourselves on providing high quality, patient focussed services and we have provided services to many large and small scale events across the UK.

Film Set Medical Cover

Coastal Core Medical can provide unit medics including; EMT’s, Nurses, Paramedics & Doctors to the film/TV and media industries both in the UK and Ireland. Our staff will always be equipped to deal quickly and effectively with both serious accidents, and minor injuries, illnesses and ailments on set or location. Our experience means we are used to working in the most challenging of environments and many of our staff have worked on long-term attachments with film/TV units in remote and hostile environments.

Our staff will always be deployed with a vast array of equipment, suitable for their skill level. All of our paramedics and doctors will carry the appropriate range of drugs for everything from coughs and colds to cardiac arrest drugs and intravenous painkillers. For more risky shoots we can provide ambulance and paramedic standby cover in the unlikely event of serious injury during stunts. We can provide a range of off road vehicles for quick response and ease of access.
